How does Microneedling work?
During our Microneedling treatment, we create micro-punctures in the skin with Microneedling device. These tiny punctures trigger your body’s natural healing abilities by causing various proteins, potassium, fibroblasts, and other growth factors to converge on the site of the “injury.”
This process stimulates collagen and elastin production in the dermis and subdermal layer, which helps to tighten the skin, reduce pigmentation, scaring, stretch marks and sun damage.
What products can be added to Microneedling treatment?
PRP, HA serum, Vitamins solution can be applied to the treated area during Microneedling session for the best absorbsion.
How many sessions of Microneedling are required?
Usually, 3-4 treatments are recommended, spaced one month apart.
What areas can be treated with Microneedling?
Microneedling can be done on any part of the body: face, neck, decolletage, hands, buttocks, abdomen.
What is the downtime after Microneedling?
You can experience some redness and irritation for up to 48 hours after the procedure. Also, there could be some flaking and peeling.
What is aftercare following Microneedling?
You can go back to your skin care routine 8-10 hours after the procedure. Make sure to use moisturizer and SPF. We recommend to use Growth Factor serum to maximize and prolong the results.
You can restart using Retinol 5 days after the procedure.
How long the results last?
The longevity of the results depends on your age, skin condition and skin care. Usually, maintenance treatment is recommended in 5-6 months.
