CANCELATION POLICY
The most valuable gift you can give someone is your time, and we strongly believe that everyone's time should be respected.
We kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a $100 late cancellation/late rescheduling fee.
If you have purchased a package, failure to cancel or reschedule within the required time frame will result in the loss of one full session.
Arriving 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show, which may result in either a late charge or the loss of a session from your package.
For prepaid sessions/packages purchased through a third party, a full session will be redeemed in the event of a no-show or late cancellation.
