The steps for O-SHOT®/ORGASM SHOT® Procedure

The process starts with a consultation, review of detailed medical history and concerns.

Numbing cream is applied to the injection sites.

The blood is drawn and processed in the centrifuge to separate the platelets and plasma from the rest of the blood.

Using a small needle, the PRP is injected into the clitoris and the vaginal wall to activate the ultimate sexual response. There are two injections. The injections are painless and take only few minutes.
What is the down time?
Most patients can return to work immediately after the treatment. Minimal discomfort may occur. Patients may experience swelling, bruising, itching, burning, in the treatment area which will resolve in a few hours. The sexual activity can be resumed right away.
What to expect?
Although each woman's result* can be different, after having the O-SHOT®/ ORGASM SHOT®, our patients have experienced more pronounced arousal, a tightening of vaginal opening, stronger and more frequent orgasm, increased sexual desire, decreased painful intercourse, increased natural lubrication and a significant decreasein urinary incontinence.
When am I going to see the results?
You may experience an increase in sexual desire and pleasure immediately, but full results are usually enjoyed after 3 months. Generally, women will begin to experience increased sensation in the first 3-7 daysand new tissue will begin to develop over the 3-9 weeks. This will peak around the 3 month mark.
How long does the O-SHOT® last?
ORGASM SHOT® procedure results can vary depending on the patient, but they generally last between 14-18 months. On average, women repeat procedure every 18 months.
Do I need more than one O-SHOT®?
Patients can just have one ORGASM SHOT® or come back for more, which will build on the existing results. Eight weeks is usually recommended between treatments to ensure the full effects of the first treatment have been felt. However, you can speak with a medical provider about the time frame that works best for you.
Pre-treatment for O-SHOT®

Refrain from use of blood thinners. Stop using blood thinners one week before the ORGASM SHOT® procedure if you take them prophylactically. Consult your physician or let us know if you take blood thinners for specific condition.

Stop the use of Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs like Ibuprofen, Motrin, Aleve, Aspirin and Naproxen 3-4 days before ORGASM SHOT®, because they may interfere with platelet function. You can use Tylenol if necessary.

Let us know if you have a history of Genital herpes. You will need a course of prophylactic antiviral treatment prior to the procedure.

What the cost for O-SHOT®?
The cost for a single ORGASM SHOT® procedure is $1800 and $2800 for a package of two.
What other treatments can be used to enhance and support the O-SHOT® results?
The ORGASM SHOT® procedure can be used in conjunction with Emsella or/and High Intencity Ultrasound Vaginal tightening machine. Also, hormonal levels play a big role in sexual and overall health and have to be addressed.
